Article: MACARONI AND CHEESE: YOU'LL SAY `MORE PLEASE!'

Macaroni and cheese is my quintessential comfort food. It always has been, from the time my mother made it when I was child until now, when I make my very basic Velveeta cheese/ roux/elbow-macaroni mixture topped with buttered chunks of bread.

My colleague, Becky Coudret, told me The Pub now serves fried macaroni and cheese as an appetizer. The appetizers are little wedges of macaroni and cheese dusted with buttered crumbs and fried. They are so delicious that Becky sometimes takes extras home.
