IT'S official; London is a city full of troubled sleepers. Latest
research shows half of us have problems sleeping, or simply are not
getting enough. Not only do we work the longest hours in Europe, but
we're also a city of incorrigible party animals - the average
Londoner has three nights out during the working week.
