University of Southern Indiana fans are used to seeing Chris Thompson pull down double digits in rebounds and score double digits in points.

Who they're not used to seeing do it is sophomore forward Geoff Van Winkle.

Van Winkle finished with the first double-double of his career Thursday night in the Eagles' 88-64 win over Wisconsin-Parkside at PAC Arena, pulling down 10 boards and hitting 4-for-7 from 3-point range to finish with 14 points.

"We know Geoff is capable," said Thompson, who pulled down 13 boards and scored 14 points. "Geoff is a great player, and what a lot of people don't know is that he has more to his game than the 3- point shot."
