Randall Johnston, an Evansville developer and general contractor,
keeps building condominium communities named after his grandchildren.
He plans to begin construction in about three weeks on Bennett
Point Condominiums off North Burkhardt Road on Evansville's Northeast
Side.
The building site includes nine acres that Johnston is purchasing
at 3000 N. Burkhardt from Ethel Golden.
Bennett Point is named for Johnston's 2-year-old grandson, Ethan
Bennett Higgs of Evansville.
It will be located on the west side of Burkhardt, just north of
Old Boonville Highway.
The site is next to Country Place Subdivision.
Meanwhile Johnston -- doing business as RJC Inc. -- is nearing the
