Colleen Schultz, education manager of the Children's Health and
Education Center of Children's Hospital and Health System, has tips
for families to get through the holidays in a food-healthy way. With
rising obesity levels, and an increase in the rates of diabetes and
heart disease among children, Schultz is looking for practical and
easy ways to enable families to prevent unhealthy eating and
possibly reverse the trend. She believes that parents, teachers and
caregivers can make a difference by teaching children how to
