Article: DONUT BANK TO OPEN NEW STORE

Commuters along busy U.S. 41 soon will have a new Donut Bank to patronize.

Chris Kempf, president of his family's locally owned Donut Bank chain, unveiled plans Tuesday for a new store to be built on vacant property on the northeast corner of U.S. 41 and Lincoln Avenue.

He said the location was chosen for its visibility and easy accessibility for motorists as they head to and from work or otherwise travel through the city.

"We look forward to being a part of the surrounding neighborhood as we believe our products lend themselves to neighborhood settings," Kempf added.
