IMPROVING Scotland's poor sexual health record is a priority for
the Scottish Executive, it was revealed today.
Speaking at the start of Sexual Health Week, Health Minister Andy
Kerr, said GBP15million would be spent over the next three years to
help improve access to sexual health services in Scotland.
He said: "Our national sexual health strategy is based on the
principles of selfrespect, respect for others and strong
relationships.
"Education has a key role to play which is why we are working with
parents, schools and NHS Health Scotland to provide additional
support and information around relationships and sexual health.
