VIOLENT criminals can invite their victims into prison to say
"sorry" under new justice plans for Scotland.
Prisoners who have committed attacks including serious assaults
and robberies will be allowed to take part in "restorative justice"
schemes.
And authorities will contact victims, inviting them to jails to
face their attackers.
