BEST known as Chandler from the hit show Friends, Matthew Perry
stars tonight on More 4 at 10pm in Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, a
new television drama about life behind the scenes of a TV sketch
show.
1.ONCE UPON A TIME Matthew Perry was born on August 19, 1969, in
Williamstown, Massachusetts. His full name is Matthew Langford Perry.
However, he was raised in Ottowa, Canada before moving to Los Angeles
aged 15 to live with his actor father, John Bennett Perry.
2.GAME, SET AND MATCH While growing up in Canada, he became a top-
ranked junior tennis player. Perry ranked 17th nationally in the
junior singles category and third in the doubles category.
