ROLLS-ROYCE could miss out on a prime development site amid delays on a new GBP45million aeroengine repair facility.

Land earmarked for the huge facility in East Kilbride could be handed to another firm if RollsRoyce does not end uncertainty over the project.

South Lanarkshire Council is keen to forge ahead with the town's new Langlands industrial estate and ground work is due to be completed by the end of the year.
