NAOMI WATTS surprised herself with some of the stunts she did in
her new movie Eastern Promises, including some hair-raising scenes
driving a gas-guzzling beast of a Russian motorbike.
But she got an even bigger surprise when she finished the stunt
scenes - she discovered she was pregnant.
The 39-year-old actress has revealed she had done "almost 90per
cent" of the stunt work for the action thriller before discovering
she and her husband, actor Liev Schrieber, were going to have a baby.
"That was a big challenge, believe me, " she says of her
motorcycle stunts. "But I conquered it and then had the gusto to say
I was pregnant and I didn't want to get on it any more."
