R. Kelly has been sued for the third time for allegedly having sex with an underage teenager, but this time the R&B star is also accused of impregnating the girl and using his superstar status to force her to have an abortion.

In a civil suit filed Monday, the woman, now 20, alleged criminal sexual assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress against Kelly, whom she claims she met on her prom night in 1998 when she was 16.

The relationship between the two lasted for nine months, according to the suit. In June 1999 the girl allegedly became pregnant by Kelly and he had her taken to a Chicago clinic for an abortion, said attorney Susan Loggans, who is representing the woman.
