Cooking with chocolate can be a bit like a box of chocolates. You
never know what you are going to get. Naomi Mitchell researched
some top choc tips to make the process a piece of cake.
When I asked some good foodie friends for their favourite
chocolate recipes, many found it hard to pick a favourite.
Chocolate sauces, mousses, cakes, drinks and ice creams were just
some of the favourites mentioned.
But whatever you make, there are a few key tips to keep in mind
when cooking with chocolate.
First, never melt chocolate over a direct heat. If it is melted at
too high a temperature, it will become dry and burnt. If that
