Food and art come together in a big way Saturday at Feast for the
Senses, Slow Food Chicago's third annual festival.
Nineteen local chefs--including Jimmy Bannos (Heaven on Seven),
Michael Kornick (mk the Restaurant), Tony Priolo (Coco Pazzo) and
John Bubala (Thyme)--will join forces with regional food and beverage
producers to offer tastings against the backdrop of the River North
art gallery district.
Carolyn Collins Caviar, the Spice House, Vosges-Haut Chocolate,
Chalet Wine and Cheese Shop, Kalamazoo Brewing Co., Eli's Cheesecake
and Three Floyds Brewing Co., as well as 22 art galleries , are
participating.
Noted chef and restaurateur Alice Waters will sign copies of her
latest cookbook, ...
