Child pornography is an out-of-control virus. And, just like a
virus, child pornography is sickening our society and attacking our
children.
Many proposed laws and initiatives are being debated in our state
concerning the crime of child pornography. These come under several
titles including the most popular, "Jessica's Law."
When it comes to pornography, some people debate about such things
as freedom of speech, censorship and consenting adults. However, when
it comes to child pornography there can be no debate. A child is not
legally or emotionally capable to make decisions regarding posing for
photographs of a sexual nature.
