Three Tewkesbury brothers say they have been left living in
squalor after the floods.
Paul, Kevin and Gerald Regan are having to live upstairs in their
end-terrace home in Barton Road.
The trio are furious with Severn Vale Housing Society for not
providing them with a caravan to live in while repairs are done.
The brothers say they are stuck in the house without essential
facilities. Their cooker, washing machine and fridge-freezer were
wrecked when 14in of water flooded their home on July 20.
Only Kevin has a job and the brothers have been eating whatever
they can warm up in their microwave.
Paul blames the stress for a stroke which has left him with
slurred speech, memory loss and ...
