Goat farmers and breeders in Gloucestershire are capitalising on
the fast-growing market for goat's milk and cheese.
It was once a minority taste, but now goat's milk sales are worth
pounds25 million a year in the UK and grew last year by 11 per cent.
Chris Parkes who keeps Anglo-Nubian and British Toggenburg goats
at Coxhorne Farm in Charlton Kings, says they're fantastic animals.
He says: "They're certainly personable. They all have characters.
Of all the farm animals, goats are the tamest.
I can go walking around the farm and they'll all follow me like a
dog."
