A Grimsby school is looking to the future, as work begins on its new building.

In September, the Oasis Academy Wintringham - formerly Wintringham School - will open its doors.

And, although pupils will have a new uniform and curriculum, the finishing touch will be the innovative learning centre.

The new building will be an ultra modern three-tier facility.

It will be eco-friendly, with solar panels and wind turbines, and will house extensive ICT facilities.
