One afternoon, at around 4.15pm, a taxi driver parked on Elm Road,
outside Lloyds TSB, illegally on double yellow lines.
The road is small and narrow, and subsequently this action blocked
the road within a minute.
I was the driver who politely asked the taxi to move forward to
allow the traffic to continue.
The taxi driver, refusing, was then asked more assertively by the
driver of a white van behind.
This taxi driver then retaliated with a barrage of swearing and
stated he was not blocking the road.
Others asked the driver to move, and it was only when about half a
dozen people ...
