Lincolnshire County Cricket Club's quest for their first Minor
Counties Championship win of the season failed by just one wicket at
Manor Park.
This put Norfolk well clear at the top of the Eastern Division
table and left their opponents languishing at the bottom after the
teams above them picked up points.
Lincs resumed the final day on 143 for six and were eventually
bowled out for 195, Stuart Airey moving onto 26 before being caught
off Paul Bradshaw and Charlie Hopkins making an unbeaten 25.
Bradshaw took five for 46 off his 19 overs as Norfolk set off in
pursuit of their target of 253, only to lose their first wicket to
Airey with the score on 17.
