A shopping survey is being conducted to help Torbay Council update
its information on retailing in the Bay.
Around 1,000 residents, selected at random, will receive a
telephone call between Monday and Sunday, June 17, asking them to
participate in a short interview about their shopping patterns. They
will be asked questions on how often they shop for food and non food
items, where they shop, how often they use the internet for shopping
and mode of transport.
Steve Turner, Torbay Council's strategic planning service manager,
