Dartmouth's young 'master chefs' will be helping to cook up some
cordon bleu adventure as the town dishes up its latest round of food
festival fun.
The town is laying on a special children's day tomorrow as part of
the five-day festival of food and drink involving dozens of producers
and some 20 local and celebrity chefs.
Around 200 primary school children from Dartmouth and the
surrounding villages will be in town tomorrow for the Touch, Taste,
Listen and Learn event which will give them the chance to learn about
food in mini workshops - trying their hand at making sausages,
handling pizza dough and decorating ginger bread and cookies.
