Sara Moulton is a little frustrated. The typically easy-going TV
chef has noticed a disturbing pattern as she's crisscrossed the
country to promote her first cookbook: Everyone is focusing on
recipes that beat the clock.
Of course, Moulton well knows the challenges time-starved home
cooks face. The friendly mother of two also is an executive chef for
Gourmet magazine and the host of both the Television Food Network's
"Sara's Secrets" and "Cooking Live With Sara Moulton."
Despite her busy schedule, Moulton tries to make dinner for her
family as often as possible. And she doesn't think it's unreasonable
to spend 30 to 45 minutes getting a meal together. Her new cookbook,
