Here's one for the gadget head who has everything else: A high- tech headset that creates a home theater to go.

The first headset with the big-screen digital view, known as i- glasses HRV (high resolution video), goes for $700 (portable DVD player not included).

Jeff Fergason, chief executive of Menlo Park, Calif.-based i-O Display Systems, which sells the headsets at a Web site, said, "People have long dreamed of portable displays so they could see video anywhere."

He said the eight-ounce i-glasses are the "first head-mounted HDTV (high-definition television)" screen.
