On Thanksgiving night you may pledge to forgo turkey for another
12 months. And who could blame you? If you're like most celebrants,
you've probably had turkey seconds or even thirds.
But as with most vows based on overindulgence, you'll soon forget
this one. With leftover turkey beckoning from the refrigerator,
you're no doubt compelled to prepare another poultry meal or two.
Don't think of those turkey scraps as a burden or as food you have to
clear out of the refrigerator before you move on to more tasty
dishes. Instead, appreciate the opportunity to create a delicious new
dish, using precooked turkey, a great convenience product.
