Article: EATS: Just ducky! The other Village Inn

In the large extended family I married into, Belgrade Lakes Village Inn is referred to, simply, as "The Duck Place."

"Where shall we go to celebrate?" my soon-to-be-father-in-law once asked my soon-to-be-fiancee, for a special occasion I can no longer recall. "The Duck Place?"

"Of course, we have to take her to The Duck Place," came the response, and that was the start of what has become, for me, an odd obsession with roast duck.
