Seeing former Enron chairman Kenneth Lay back in the news reminded me of a fashion question: What suit do you wear with handcuffs?

During the frenzy of a couple of years ago, when making white- collar scoundrels do a perp walk was all the rage, gentlemen in corporate board rooms hired consultants to advise them on surrendering to the FBI.
