First the person in the cube next to you starts sniffling. Then
before you know it, you're hacking and decorating your desk with
crumpled up tissues.
So how do you know if you've got a cold or a sinus infection?
The American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology says about
31 million Americans develop sinusitis or a sinus infection each
year. Often misinterpreted as a cold, suffers can go on for weeks
waiting for cold symptoms to subside.
"It can really be hard to tell the difference," says Helen Nguyen,
