Bed bugs: Don't lose precious sleep over basic mattress maintenance

One of the most important items in anyone's home is often one of the most overlooked. It's your bed. If you're lucky, you spend almost a third of your life in it, yet you probably give it little thought when it comes to maintenance or whether it's still doing the job for which it is intended: allowing you a good night's sleep.
