WE'VE all been there. It's 5 p.m. and you have no idea what you'll
be serving for dinner. The children are tired, which also means
they're cranky. You, too.
As we head into the holidays, our already stressed schedules are
destined to get even more stressed. Here are some quick but tasty
recipes for those times when you need to throw something together
that tastes substantial, but is easy to concoct. These come from
