Use your swimming pool for exercise

Q. I have decided to pay better attention to my health and to go on a diet and begin exercising. How can I use my pool or spa without spending a fortune on equipment?

A. All you need to get started is a comfortable swimsuit and water shoes for traction and support. Be sure to consult your physician before starting any exercise program.

Once your doctor has approved, prepare your pool and spa with a cordless telephone, plenty of drinking water and a workout partner. Never work out or swim alone, under any circumstances.
