Silicone implants boosted after 14-year ban is lifted

SANTA ANA, Calif. - Michelle Miller sat in her plastic surgeon's office recently, flipping through a dog-eared Playboy to pick out what size breasts she wants.

She wavers between a C cup and a D.

But one thing she knows for sure: She wants silicone, not saline.

"I have a couple friends that have the saline. I know they're not too happy with them," says Miller, who doesn't want the ripples of saline. "I don't want to look unnatural."
