However, having registered with TPS (Telephone Preference Service) and MPS (Mailing Preference Service) in an attempt to prevent unsolicited mail and phone calls, I now find the Royal Mail are contracted to deliver junk mail addressed 'To the Occupier' as a way round breaking any laws.
