Two tearaway teenagers who made life a misery for their North
Lincolnshire neighbours, were yesterday given ASBOs by a district
judge.
Adam French (14) and his 13-year-old brother Mark, who both live
on Burghley Road, Scunthorpe, were given two-year orders by District
Judge Daniel Curtis.
The application, at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court, was
made by police solicitor Terry Fenton.
He did not give the background in the case, but referred District
Judge Curtis to a written summary of the boys' behaviour.
The incidents referred to included the French brothers throwing
eggs and other objects at a neighbour's house and abusing the female
resident.
