I Like to think I don't spend or waste too much time watching
television, but in all honesty, like most of us, I probably allow the
telly to consume more of my life than I ought.
Confession is good for the soul, is it not? Well, yes it is, and
more so where the confession leads to a positive and lasting change
of behaviour.
So, you may wonder, what kind of programmes do I like?
Well I can't abide soaps because I think they have a tendency to
put a sigh in people's spirits, and negatively impact viewers'
behaviour much more than we appreciate.
Some would argue soap operas simply reflect today's society.
Personally, I'm convinced they shape society more than they reflect
