The body which manages thousands of homes across North Lincolnshire has set up a new system to deal with residents' queries.

North Lincolnshire Homes says the scheme will mean it can deal more effectively and efficiently with tenants' problems.

The fresh protocol gives staff roles for people to deal specifically with councillors - as well as MPs and other stakeholders acting on behalf of residents. It will also include a regular e-news bulletin to keep them informed of developments and achievements.
