Partnership served up the first taste of speed cameras in our area.
CHRIS DAVIES looks at how the body has changed and whether it is
making our roads safer.
Not many people like having their picture taken - and they like it
even less when they get charged more than pounds30 for the pleasure.
That is what has been happening to thousands of motorists since
the arrival and rapid spread of speed cameras.
But it seems the number of people being snapped has begun to
plummet in the past few years.
