Bon Appetit magazine and Viking Range Corp. present the 14th
annual Wine & Spirits Focus, a national tour featuring the country's
top chefs, wineries and spirits producers, from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday.
Guests will have the opportunity to sample more than 100 wines,
spirits and microbrews presented by the Bon Appetit Tasting Panel.
The event, a benefit for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, also will
feature 30 Chicago area chefs offering samples from their menus.
