She's coming home.Former Circuit Court Clerk Aurelia M. Pucinski, ending her brief affiliation with the Republican Party, will run for judge next year as a Democrat.

"I feel this is the right thing for me to do," said Pucinski, 56, chairwoman of the Illinois Regulatory Review Commission.

In her legal career, she has served as a member of the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority, as assistant corporation counsel for the City of Chicago and regional counsel for the U.S. Small Business Administration.
