Residents of Long Beach and neighboring communities can have
their Christmas trees picked up for disposal or recycling.
In most cases, except in Long Beach, residents can leave their
trees at their regular trash pickup locations with the rest of their
garbage. However, all of the cities' trash schedules will be pushed
back one day later this week - except for Monday - because of the
Christmas and New Year's holidays.
Also, each city has its own rules about the condition in which
the trees may be left for sanitation workers.
