News about local rock bands, student organizations and other topics of interest to St. Albans-area youth might be available online by next spring.

The possibilities for the proposed new Web site are limitless, said Cathy Henderson, who is helping to organize the project. It is a joint venture of the St. Albans Drug Task Force and St. Peter's United Methodist Church.
