What might be a landmark decision against the U.S. Anti-Doping
Agency could give Landis new hope in fighting his suspension.
Last month, four unpaid Valparaiso University law students, led
by their professor, won a stunning "not guilty" ruling from an
arbitration panel in the case of sprinter LaTasha Jenkins, according
