Legendary American ballet dancer Jacques d'Amboise and Attack
Theatre's co-director Michelle de la Reza will discuss ways the arts
impact young people and the community at "Not.Just.Dance!" Wednesday
evening at the New Hazlett Theater, North Side.
"My mom is so excited; she's coming to hear Jacques d'Amboise,
and she doesn't come in for my performances," says de la Reza. She
quickly adds, "I feel remarkably honored to be on stage with Mr.
d'Amboise."
Dance performances will frame the event. In between, d'Amboise
and de la Reza will each speak for about 15 minutes, followed by a
question-and-answer session with the audience moderated by
University of Pittsburgh professor Lynn Conner.
