Young South Devon chicken farmer Rebecca Clarke is on a mission
to convert shoppers to free range birds.
And her fledgling business has been boosted by top TV chefs Jamie
Oliver and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall.
Rebecca, from Ipplepen, started her free range chicken rearing
business 10 months ago.
But since free range fever has been sparked by Channel 4's
'chicken out' campaign, the birds have been selling out fast
throughout South Devon.
After shelves of the more humanely produced birds had been
cleared out all over the area, Rebecca, 22, says she hopes free
range will take the country by storm.
