Self-employed builder Jamey Stallard fears 20 years of hard work has gone down the pan thanks to a Channel 4 TV show.

He says Grand Designs, which showed him working on an underground house in Cheltenham, implied he went bust half-way through filming after demanding more cash.

In fact, the 44-year-old was being sub-contracted by a company called Blackbrick, who ceased trading during the year-long construction.

The programme is being featured once every ten days on More4 and Jamey is worried about the impact it will have on his business.
