Natalie Hale talks to legendary actor and Till Death Us Do Part
star Warren Mitchell
To those of a certain age, Warren Mitchell will forever be that
grumpy old git Alf Garnett from Till Death Us Do Part. But for
decades now he's had a theatre career as an award-winning stage
actor of real repute.
Aged 82, he's back treading the boards in his latest appearance
as an elderly, infirm, crotchety Jewish New York widower.
The play, called Visiting Mr Green, tours to the Theatre Royal
Bath for the first time, appearing from Monday, January 28, to
Saturday, February 2.
