Riders on the CTA's Brown Line, the fastest-growing line in the
system, will face delays for the next two weeks -- starting today --
while repairs are made to a substation that was damaged by a weekend
fire.
To be safe, riders should allow an extra 15 minutes, Chicago
Transit Authority spokeswoman Noelle Gaffney said Sunday.

The Brown Line carries 66,000 riders each weekday, with 19
stations from Kimball south to the Loop.
