Finnish Foreign Minister to visit U.S.

HELSINKI, Feb. 8 (Xinhua) -- Finnish Foreign Minister Ilkka Kanerva will pay a four-day visit to the United States, said the Finnish Foreign Affairs Ministry in a statement on Friday.
