ANDOVER - Terry A. Pelchat, 64, of Overlook Avenue, died Friday, Feb. 8, 2008, at Concord Hospital after a sudden illness.

Terry was born in Laconia, the daughter of Lee and Dorothy (Blaisdell) Clow. She graduated from Laconia High School in 1962 and had lived for many years in Laconia before moving to Lebanon in 1990. She had been a resident of Andover for the past eight years.

Terry was a garde manger chef in the hospitality industry for nearly 40 years and had received numerous awards for her culinary presentation, including magnificent tallow sculptures. She had formerly been employed at Christmas Island and the Margate in Laconia and later at the Center of New Hampshire in Manchester ...
