Article: Say CHEESE; Cheesecake company moves, offers seating, breakfast

After seven years in Derby, Stockbridge's cheesecake company has moved to 509 Howe Ave. and opened a cafe with indoor and outdoor seating.

Previously, the store offered no seating, just takeout and telephone orders. It was formerly called Stockbridge's Gourmet Cheesecakes & Delectables LLC.

The new space has 3,000 square feet of space, compared with 900 square feet at the Derby store, which opened in 2000.

"We're just so proud of the whole ambiance," said Brian Stockbridge of Monroe, who owns the company with his wife, Lisa.
